The concept
Aisthesis by Grupo Dvos.
After long market research, years of seeking inspiration and hard planning, our new concept came to life. We identified this as a missing niche in Marbella. With our long local market knowledge and expertise in construction, architecture, real estate and hospitality we put Boutique hotel Aisthesis to life. With inspiration from true Mediterranean living, Mykonian influences and local Andalusian heritage, we shaped the concept. The name is inspired by the human senses touch, sight, hearing, smell and taste, which all together sums up the full experience of a stay here.
A perfect place for weddings, private events and other important life moments, it is targeting individuals searching for a unique stay in Marbella.
The hotel is created to provide a full-covering personal experience: accommodation in big suites, a restaurant created for exceptional food experiences with outdoor kitchen, a bar and a pool with a chilled lounge area.

About us
Our group consists of subsidiary enterprises that make up our brand. Building construction, Renovations, Real Estate, After-Sales, Concierge services, Interior- and Landscape Architecture. Combined together, these create the structure and the organisation of the company and allow us to cater to all of your property necessities.
Founded by Koen De Vos in Marbella we are designing and building beautiful one-of-a-kind properties since 2019.
